It also gave Bob a unique look at the importance that the mortgage industry played in the life of the real estate agent. It also allowed him to organize his own mortgage company in such a way as to create an environment where a large volume of loans were handled efficiently and professionally.
Today, our mortgage branch provides excellent service to our agent’s clients. We work closely with you to assist your clients in obtaining quick pre-approvals and closing your transactions on time and without delay. We accomplish this in part, due to our ability to utilize in-house underwriting. The benefits of in-house underwriting cannot be overstated; we have the ability to speak directly to the underwriters making the decision in order to obtain faster and more accurate service for your clients. Most mortgage companies broker their loans and are not able to offer this service.
Our mortgage specialist has been in the business for many years and has a lot of experience. She has excellent knowledge of a wide variety of products to help your clients decide which program is best for their individual needs and circumstances. She provides excellent friendly service and takes great pride in what she does.
We strive to have settlement statements to the agents a few days in advance of the closing, so if there are any surprise problems, they can be worked out before sitting down to the table on closing day. This is truly a unique service that we provide.
